Mérida Bitter

The first olfactory notes we encounter are the balsamic ones given by juniper berries and mountain pine. Followed by aromas of flowers and fruit: rennet apple that gives a hint of ripe pineapple, while the iris bulb, elder flowers and green tea recall the scent of a flower garden, to continue with the citrus notes of orange blossom given by the presence lemongrass herb, bergamot and sweet oranges. Spicy finish due to the Spanish chilli. If drunk neat or with ice, the scent of salinity and minerality of the Tuscan thermal water is perceived.
In the mouth it has a complex and simple taste at the same time. At the first sip you can notice the balsamic aroma. In a second moment it begins to open and change with each sip. Initially of a floral and citrus garden, accompanied by a slightly spicy and smoky note of chilli. The thermal water gives a light salty taste, accentuating the sapidity of the various botanicals contained in it.
