LIQUOROSA – The Pink Liqueur

LIQUOROSA is a liqueur that brings the colours, aromas and most fascinating contrasts of Friuli Venezia Giulia into every glass. An original, fresh and surprising aperitif, created from the encounter between traditional ingredients and some of the region's most precious products: Rosa dell'Isonzo radicchio, Figo Moro di Caneva figs, Sclopit and lavender tincture. Its pink colour, enriched by elegant amber shades, anticipates a tasting experience built around a delicate balance between sweetness and bitterness. A dynamic and harmonious contrast that creates a distinctive liqueur capable of captivating from the very first sip. On the nose, it releases an enveloping floral fragrance reminiscent of spring meadows covered with lavender and Silene vulgaris, known in Friuli as Sclopit. On the palate, it opens with the intense, honeyed sweetness of Figo Moro di Caneva figs, accompanied by lively citrus notes of orange. The finish reveals LIQUOROSA's most original character. Rosa dell'Isonzo radicchio provides a pleasant bitter note, while lavender leaves a fresh and aromatic sensation. Sclopit completes the experience with herbal and subtly bitter nuances, creating an elegant and never overpowering persistence.
