Angostura Bitter

Angostura is a bitter obtained from the infusion of cloves, gentian root, cardamom, bitter orange essence and cinchona in a 44.7% alcohol mixture. It is used in the preparation of cocktails including Manhattan in particular to flavor distillates such as gin and vodka.
