Amaro Rubino Lunatico Bio 20cl

Lunatico is the nocturnal and impertinent alter ego of Amaro Rubino Bio.
It is a hymn to the sky full of stars, to a nighttime bike ride at full speed, to bathing in the water illuminated by the moon.
A scream while dancing on the last midnight of the year.
Amaro Rubino becomes “lunatico” when it abandons the known path to sniff out the unpredictable.
As in the original formula All the herbs are wild or come from organic and biodynamic agriculture. On the typicality of the herbs, Lunatico takes some liberties and adds orange. The more decisive aroma is given, in addition to the citrus fruits, also by the wild mint, and the lower sugar content allows for greater bitter sensations. We have replaced the Millefiori honey produced in the province of Varese, on Mount Martica, with acacia, with a “lighter” aroma that leaves the liqueur with a less robust body.
On the nose the memory of honey and flowers, as per the original recipe. On the palate it is fresh and not too dense; herbaceous, balsamic and bitter sensations are added.
