Obtained exclusively from the infusion, in cereal alcohol, of the same botanicals used for the production of Gin Giass and, subsequently, mixed with sugar and a cold hydroalcoholic solution, this Amaro has a complex, immediate and authentic taste, to be discovered smooth, or with ice, at the end of a hearty meal.
Delicious in the symphony of aromas ranging from red orange peel to cardamom, from rose to karkadè, with important vegetal touches of thyme, cassia and lemon balm and a toasted note in the background reminiscent of almond. Warm, soft, deep tasting, it shows a decisive bittering vein in which the herbs return which also accompany a long persistence played on greenery and spices.
