Saying “Amaro evening, no to fashion” is meant to be a provocation, for what is defined as an undisciplined liqueur from birth, a unique composition in its category.
It starts with a passito wine, this is fortified with botanicals from the Calabrian territory and is cooked on the fire, after a coarse filtering with linen cloths it is combined with a further bittering part composed of hydroalcoholic infusions.
When you taste it, its evolution in the mouth is surprising, the first soft and sweet impact vanishes in the finish leaving room for important notes of gentian and cinchona.
FraCk is produced in small batches of only 1800 liters per year, indispensable as an Amaro after meal or for meditation, incredible in mixing in support of a Vermouth.
