Made with naturally ripened plums and Omachi rice polished to 70%, this umeshu stands out for its balance, finesse, and authenticity.

With a smooth and enveloping profile, it offers aromas of honey, dried fruit, and ripe stone fruit, while the palate reveals a perfect harmony of sweetness, acidity, and a long, fruity finish.
