Balance between alcohol and acidity; high pH which manages to keep the wine with notes of great freshness on the nose; in the mouth the red fruits of Sangiovese predominate, followed by the spicy hints of petit verdot.

Cabernet provides structure and harmony to the wine, while also offering an intense color.

It's all a succession of red fruits and spices.

How it's done?

Spontaneous fermentation in steel, with 15/20 days of maceration; aging in oak barrels for 12/24 months.
