Barsol Pisco Acholado is distilled from three grape varieties: the non-aromatic Quebranta blended with the aromatic Italia and Torontel for an intense, balanced pisco. Pot-still distilled directly to bottling strength (40.3%). Ripe red fruit and floral notes on the nose; full-bodied and smooth on the palate with hints of spice and hazelnut. The ideal pisco for a Pisco Sour.
