At the end of the harvest, the hills of Valpolicella are dressed in amber and smell of must.

These colors and aromas inspire GrapeHeart Gin, whose botanicals have been selected from the plants and flowers that surround the vines.
The vineyard is the heart of this elegant and refined Compound Gin.
An innovative production technique allows Amarone della Valpolicella to soften the herbaceous-floral character and give harmony to this unique spirit of its kind.

Produced with 13 hilly botanicals, mainly flowers and medicinal herbs, it is a gin with an intense, aromatic and amber color thanks to an exclusive production method whose peculiarity is the perfume of the botanicals with wine "Amarone della Valpolicella" before maceration.

On the palate floral and botanical notes predominate with an unmistakable bitter finish.

Botanicals: juniper, angelica, coriander seeds, sage, hyssop, helichrysum, lavender, elderberry, mint, verbena odorosa, thyme cedar, rosemary, hibiscus.
