Rock Rose Gin is made at the Dunnet Bay Distillery in Caithness, Scotland, with botanicals such as rhodiola rosea, rowan berries, sea buckthorn, blaeberries, verbena, coriander, cardamom and juniper from Italy and Bulgaria. It is still distilled in a traditional copper pot still named Elizabeth.
