Old V8 Small Batch Gin Double Distilled

Old V8 Gin is a dry gin produced by hand using a bain-marie type alembic entirely in copper. The small capacity of the still imposes the production in small batches, thus guaranteeing the utmost attention to even the smallest details.
With the aim of making the best selection of aromas provided by the botanicals that compose it, Old V8 Gin is distilled twice in succession. The result is a classic and clean Dry Gin, with a complex but cohesive bouquet, ideal for traditional blending.
Juniper berries are macerated in wheat alcohol along with 13 other different selected botanicals. The classic matrix of a Dry Gin, given by juniper berries, coriander and angelica raffia, is enriched here with further spicy notes conferred by nutmeg, cumin and cardamom.
