Proudly produced in Scotland by the Beinn an Tuirc distillery using 12 botanicals, 10 fairly common and two rare, Icelandic moss and Rumex Acetosella, called "sheep sorrel". The production takes place using renewable energy from the small hydroelectric system of the Torrisdale Castle Estate and the water from the Beinn an Tuirc hills which in Gaelic means "the wild boar hills" and which constitute the highest point of the Kintyre area, which gives instead the name of this Gin.
