Gin Deer Giori was obtained by distilling wheat and barley using copper stills according to the discontinuous method by cutting the heads and tails. The craftsmanship, the experience of the master distiller and the accuracy in the distillation, guarantee the high quality of the distillate in which they were put to macerate: juniper berries, berries and black pepper.
The botanicals used give Deer Gin a unique and unmistakable aroma.
