Juniper, coriander seeds, lemon peel, cardamom, orange peel, cinnamon, rhubarb root, lavender, ginger, and orange blossom, are first macerated in a mixture of excellent grain alcohol and water. subsequently distilled in a small 300 liter copper batch.
The result is a pleasant gin with Mediterranean tones, with citrus scents.
