Gin Mayfair

The Gin Mayfair comes from one of the few distilleries that survive in London after 300 years of tradition in the distillate industry. It is a tribute to the traditional London Dry style and in its production, the best botanicals are used to give a seasoned and slightly spicy flavor: juniper berries, coriander seeds, Angelica root, and orris.

Tasting:

Nose: crisp and clean scent. The primary botanical is juniper, which is noticeable just by the smell alone. Some of the other botanicals that contribute to the drink's aroma include coriander, angelica, and orris.

Taste:  it does not have a powerful flavour, which helps it not to dominate in mixed drinks.
