Pi-GIN Bosso is a pure London Dry Gin.
Obtained exclusively by discontinuous distillation of all the botanicals in a bain-marie still. The fresh notes of juniper are clearly perceived on the nose, accompanied by a light balsamic scent and in the background by a floral nuance. The taste is definitely rich and intense; after a few seconds the juniper slowly gives way to a pleasant peppery nuance. Excellent to enjoy neat with an ice cube, or a fantastic ingredient for preparing a high quality Negroni.
