GinGum, with its 42° degrees, its 10 botanicals (juniper, cinnamon, angelica, coriander, white pepper, Sichuan pepper, grapefruit, sweet leaf bramble, elderberry and finally black tea), can offer us the opportunity to drink by making a conscious, responsible and respectful gesture.
The logo, which may resemble an oriental seal, has white and red colors, which are the colors of the city where all this was born, Varese.
Clear, limpid and of good consistency, with slight clouding during dilution due to the essential oils naturally present in the product.
Fresh initial hints of juniper, driven by slightly pungent herbaceous notes which, with oxygenation for a few minutes, give way to softer, floral and delicately fruity aromas resulting from the aromatic interaction of the botanicals that compose it, giving a fine complexity and elegant moderate intensity.
With a light if not almost negligible alcoholic impact, it also reproduces the olfactory sensations on the palate, first presenting the distinctive signs of the main botany, in which the fresh bitter pungency of the juniper serves to accompany the following soft, rounded and floral notes of elderberry, cinnamon and “sweet bramble” and the fruitiness made available by black tea, and where the flavor obtained from the distillation of white pepper and Sichuan pepper, with the characteristics of the other botanicals, allow to rebalance and leave the palate clean.
