Gin Hermit

The nose presents floral and citrus notes followed by notes of juniper and coriander. The taste reveals all its marine nature, the flavor however is not invasive, on the contrary, it gently accompanies the tasting of the product, joining the
freshness of orange peel, licorice and cinnamon.

Hermit Dutch Coastal Gin is hand-distilled in alembic in small batches and a drop of the water is added to purified and filtered oyster water.

Hermit is a creature with a curious story to tell. Born without a shell, he was forced to wander the beaches to find a home. After crawling on the bottom of the North Sea, he arrived on the Dutch coast. Here he finally found his shelter: an empty bottle. Looking inside the bottle, you can see the path of his adventurous journey. This is the story that inspires the award-winning Hermit Dutch Coastal Gin.
