Inspired by minke whales, the majestic creatures that swim wild off our Atlantic Ocean coast. The local coastline itself is home to the unique botany that gives Minke Gin its distinct flavor profile.

MINKE SPIRIT
The basic spirit used to make Minke Gin is derived from whey, produced on a 9th generation family farm near Galley Head Lighthouse. This gives a velvety texture and a unique mouthfeel to each delicious drop.

For Minke Gin we go to the starting point, from weed to glass, collecting nature at its best.
