Hills & Harbour Gin Burnt Orange & Smoked Pineapple

The 2021 edition offers you local wheat to create our soft base liqueur, along with local juniper, elderberries, crab apples, samphire, sea aster and sea buckthorn. Strongly driven by juniper, with a slight sweetness of wild berries, sour orange and marine notes, backed by a strong zing from the small acrid apples of red crab. Slight notes of salt, pepper and flowers strengthen body and taste. Clean and fresh, tending to dry in balance.
