Gin Nordic Spirits Lab

Akvavit is back on mixologists' radar: it shares coriander, angelica and lemon peel with gin, and only its key botanical — caraway or dill — sets it apart. Hence Nordic × Gin, a hybrid gin distilled with akvavit botanicals: 10 botanicals worked and distilled individually, including bitter orange peel, juniper, angelica and dill flowers. Bold and full, with crisp juniper and coriander and subtle citrus and floral notes. Perfect for cocktails.
