Gin Tobermory Hebridean Isle of Mull

Distilled on the Isle of Mull at the historic Tobermory distillery, one of Scotland's oldest, Tobermory Gin embodies 220 years of distillation expertise. This handcrafted gin stands out for its rich and harmonious bouquet of hand-selected botanicals, including juniper, tea, heather, elderflower, and sweet orange peel. The botanicals are repeatedly distilled to achieve unparalleled purity and freshness.
On the palate, Tobermory Gin reveals a fresh and balanced profile: juniper takes center stage, complemented by notes of sweet orange and lemon, with hints of coriander, delicate herbs, and spices. A subtle, creamy touch of sweet malt from the stills used for Tobermory whisky adds depth, culminating in a long, fresh, and persistent finish.
The botanicals are infused for at least 24 hours at 65°C, and the distillate is composed of 96% neutral grain spirit and 4% spirit from the whisky stills. This unique balance gives Tobermory Gin its unmistakable character.
