Sorte Dry Gin

“Gin, and its various types, has always fascinated and intrigued me.

So, in March 2020, I decide to approach this world to deepen my knowledge about it.
Although it is an extremely expanding sector, I decide to accept the challenge and try to create MY London Dry Gin, different from all the others and conceived not following the logic of profit but of sustainability.
After months of studies and reflections, my recipe was born, made in one of the most awarded distilleries in Italy.
The production in limited quantities is a cornerstone of the project, in order to maintain the quality that I wanted to distinguish my Gin.
Bottled and labeled manually in the heart of Tuscany, where we have collected and selected all the made in Italy botanicals, SORTE combines typically Italian tastes with the exotic nature of the Tonka Bean with its complex flavor reminiscent of Vanilla.
