Jarabe De Palo vermouth is produced, in the heart of the Marina Alta, one of the 34 comarches of the Valencian Community, from the Moscato Romano grape also known as Moscato d'Alessandria, where the microclimate of the area allows it to reach an optimal degree of ripeness, giving rise to a much appreciated and highly recognized wine. The vineyard is represented by old vines, without genetic modification, this means that currently the grape is in the same organoleptic conditions of its origins, the Roman Empire. The sun, the sea breeze and the mild temperatures throughout the year offer us a Mediterranean microclimate and a privileged ecosystem for the cultivation of this vine, giving rise to large and not very compact clusters, with dense and fleshy yellow berries. The great aromatic power and the high sugar content of these grapes give rise to these unique vermouths.
