Purity is a Swedish distillery that produces Purity Vodka - winner of over 229 international awards, including the best organic vodka in the world in the most prestigious competition (IWSC International Win & Spirit Competition), over the past 10 years.
The company is now one of the most sought after and appreciated names and is considered a reference brand in the production of the highest quality spirits.
What distinguishes Vodka Purity is the meticulous and slow process of multi-distillation in order to reach the purest and deepest essence of the "heart" of the distillate.
No other Vodka producer in the world employs such a slow and elaborate production process up to 51 distillations for the Vodka Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve.
The distillation of the products takes place in a handmade copper alembic located in Ellinge Castle from the 13th century in southern Sweden, using only organic ingredients in the production.
The main ingredients, Swedish wheat and malted barley are carefully selected without any cultivation or chemical processing.
Even the water used plays a fundamental role for the taste, in fact the Purity Distillery uses Swedish spring water, naturally soft, unlike most of the brands on the market that use only distilled water thus removing the natural nuances, sediments and flavors that would help bring out the complexity of the products.
