Totally colorless to the eye. On the nose there are marked scents of juniper, accompanied by sensations that recall the taste of genepì and balsamic aromas of pine. On the palate it impresses with its spicy profile and aromatic sip, with a finish of excellent persistence.
The "Napue" is a Gin that comes from a rye distillate base to which 16 dry botanical elements and 4 distillates are added. The origin of the "botanicals" is purely local, and among these stand out the holmeria, the sea buckthorn, the wild cranberry and the birch leaf.
