Baciamano Old Tom Gin 42

Baciamano Gin 42 Old Tom is a gin distilled from pure grain alcohol and a single botanical: juniper.
After distillation, acacia honey from the Dolomites is added which gives it the classic sweet note of Old Tom.
The taste is obviously sweet, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, almost imperceptible.
Aroma and flavor are delicate, of flowers, vanilla and completely characteristic of honey.
