Wormwood, gentian, rhubarb, imperatoria and laurel are just a few
of botanicals and spontaneous officinal herbs which give Amaro 32 a perfect balance between sweet and bitter.
In order not to alter their original aroma, the botanicals are macerated in pure grain alcohol, then cold extracted and to finish with a long maturation of the finished product which harmonizes the various elements.
At sight it has a very bright brown color and expresses an aromatic complex on the nose from which the scented notes of Absinthe and Gentian emerge. The aromatic and persistent aftertaste makes it an excellent digestive after a meal. Pleasant iced, smooth with ice or with citrus peel.
